About Bellandur Ganesha Utsava

 

The 56th Bengaluru Ganesh Utsava upholds the wealthy tradition of subculture and heritage this is India, thru marvelous presentations of music, dance, drama and artwork by using a number of the greatest artists of the country.


The Bengaluru Ganesh Utsava, which has been prepared through Shree Vidyaranya Yuvaka Sangha on the APS College Grounds, Basavanagudi, for near five decades, is a primary cultural pageant of South Bangalore. Since the time of its graduation, the grandeur, fashion and elegance of The Bengaluru Ganesh Utsava has been unparalleled. Year after year, over 1 million humans acquire on the Utsava to have fun the cultural extravaganza over a period of 11 days.


Eminent musicians, theatre organizations and ballet troupes from all across the usa have graced the Utsava with their presence and riveting performances. These consist of Smt. MS Subbalakshmi, Mandolin U Srinivas, Dr. Balamurali Krishna, Dr. KJ Yesudas, Usha Uthup, Gantasal, Sivamani, SP Balasubrahmanyam, P Unnikrishnan, PB Sreenivas, Kunnakudi Vaidyanathan, Shankar Mahadevan and Daler Mehendi, all of whom have enthralled the audiences with their notable artistic abilties. Adding to the euphoria is the free access for all that welcomes audiences to be a part of this cultural festival.
