About Lal Bagh in Bangalore

This is basically a botanical garden which is located in Banglore. Lalbagh Botanical garden or in short Lalbagh is an internationally renowned center for Botanical works. This place is quite renowned for its scientific study of plants along with conservation of plants. This park is a heaven for botanists. You can enrich your knowledge just by visiting this park.

Spread over an area of 240 acres, this is situated in the heart of the city with over 1800 species of plants. This park was started in the 1760s and was completed by Tipu Sultan.This garden features rare plants which were procured from the countries of France, afghani origins. This garden has attended the status of Governmental Botanical Garden. This is one of the paces which you must never miss!
