About Boori Boot Festival

Solely performed by Nyishi clans in February to welcome the spring, and an effective reap, Boori Boot is an absolute necessity encounter over an outing to Arunachal Pradesh. Nyishi is the biggest group in Arunachal Pradesh, and are basically settled in Daporijo, Upper Subansiri Locale and Raga and Dollungmukh scopes of Lower Subansiri Region of Arunachal Pradesh.

This fortnight-long celebration starts with different rivalry like pull of war, society move, and arrow based weaponry. It is trusted that the celebration brings out the soul of Boori Boot, who will favor them with all the satisfaction, and free from each sort of illness. An extraordinary puja is performed by the minister Nibu, trailed by a creature forfeit for the humankind to be honored with success and be free from illnesses.
