About Dastkar Winter Mela

Dastkar, in association with Delhi Tourism, is sorting out the Winter Mela – an endearing festival of winter materials, specialties, sustenance and that's only the tip of the iceberg. Dastkar Winter Mela presents to you a wonderful scope of attire to warm up your closet with Tussar Silk Weaves from Chattisgarh and Bihar, the uncommon and complicated Dana-weaving or Tangalia Textiles from Gujarat and Kullu and Kinnauri fleece shawls from Himachal Pradesh. You can likewise look for Kutch shawls and Stoles by a few master weavers from the Vankar people group.

Hand-weaved and interwoven blankets will be accessible, and in addition sewed sweaters, tops, gloves and socks. This year the center attraction of the fair will be on items from Kashmir like Pashmina Shawls, beaten Namda floor covers, conventional gems, pieces of clothing, stoles and saris in Ari and Sozni weaving and energetic weaved packs and adornments.
