Guerrero

Guerrero officially the Free and Sovereign State of Guerrero is one of the 31 states which, with the Federal District, incorporate the 32 Federal Entities of Mexico. It is divided in eighty one municipalities and its capital town is Chilpancingo and its biggest metropolis is Acapulco. It is located in Southwestern Mexico. It is bordered by the states of Michoacan to the north and west, Mexico and Morelos to the north, Puebla to the northeast and Oaxaca to the east.

The first people in the state's territory have been nomadic hunter-gatherers who left proof in their life in various caves beginning approximately 20,000 years ago.
