Tlapa

Tlapa is a city in the mountain district of the Mexican territory of Guerrero. It likewise fills in as the metropolitan seat for the encompassing region of a similar name. "Tlapa" is a Nahuatl exonym from tlappan or tluhpan, signifying "spot of washing". The "de Comonfort" some portion of the name is in tribute to President Ignacio Comonfort.
