About Mumbai Open
The Mumbai Open known as the L&T Mumbai Open for sponsorship reasons, and in the past known as the Royal Indian Open is a competition composed for female expert tennis players, played on outside hard courts. The occasion is named a WTA Challenger Series competition. It made its introduction in 2012, in Pune, India. The competition was not held between 2013-16 because of different reasons, yet in it was reestablished as a WTA 125K arrangement competition and migrated to Mumbai. It will be held at the Cricket Club of India.
In 2012 the competition was included as a WTA challenger occasion. Pune is the fourth city in the historical backdrop of India to have a WTA occasion, after Kolkata 2005– 2007, Hyderabad 2003– 2005 and Bangalore 2006– 2008. Afterward, Mumbai turned into the fifth city to do likewise.
