About Valletta
Valletta is the capital of Malta. Located in the southeast of the island, between the Marshmax Harbor in the west and the Grand Harbor in the east, its population was 6,444 in 2014, while its metropolitan area has a population of 393,938. Valletta is Europe's southernmost capital city. The 16th century buildings of Valletta were built by the Knights Hospital.
