About Himachal Winter Carnival

To promote the way of life of Himachal Pradesh, a winter carnival is organized each year in Manali. Himachal Pradesh began the trend of Winter Carnival in 1977 and now after right around three decades the celebration has turned out to be greater and better. During this celebration, the ski slants of Manali are invaded by adventure enthusiasts. Another significant feature of the celebration is the magnificence challenge known as the "Winter Queen" and "Mr. Manali"

A procession is also organized from the Hadimba Devi sanctuary. The total stretch of Manali mall road resembles a fair.
