About Cork Jazz Festival

The famous Festival Club is celebrating its 41st edition at Metropole Hotel and the Jazz Festival will host a series of diverse performers and music in several stages during the weekend. For the 41st edition, Hotel Soho of London welcomes our special relationship with Ron's Scott Jazz Club from the world's most famous jazz club. Look for those special Ronnie Scott surroundings in Metropole featuring top-class jazz, in line with all tastes. This is one of the best Jazz festival.

And fans of Swing, Funk, Groove, Blues and Dixil will be well prepared with an exciting mix of Irish and international works. In this special festive year, to enjoy the special atmosphere and excitement of the Festival Club, the patrons can go on stage from the forum. Famous Festival Club at the Metropol Hotel is the biggest attraction in the Guinness Cork Jazz Festival.

For four days and nights it becomes the heart of this blockbuster event, which provides a wide iety of fans up to five stages. In fact, the Jazz Festival was founded on an idea created by Metropol's marketing manager Jim Mounthoos at that time, which started in 1978. This festival  is celebrated in Ireland with lots of happiness and joy.
