Upon arrival at Geneva airport proceed to Chamonix Mont Blanc - a ski resort dominated by the majestic Mont Blanc, the highest summit in the Alps. Spend the day at leisure, enjoying this beautiful town on your own. Overnight in Chamonix Mont Blanc.

Today after breakfast proceed to the city centre on your own and take the Aiguille du Midi cable car to the top terrace - at an altitude of 3,842 meters. From here you will get spectacular views of the Mont Blanc mountain and also the panorama on the French, Italian and Swiss Alps. On a clear day it is possible to see the Matterhorn, Monte Rosa and Grand Combin mountains. Later proceed to Montenvers Mer de Glace with the famous rack and pinion railway. Visit the Ice Cave, which describes the life of mountain people in the early 19th century. You can enter either by a walk of around 20 minutes on a footpath, or by gondola lift. NB (There are about 480 steps from the arrival of the gondola lift to the entrance to the cave.)

After breakfast proceed to visit Le Brevent and discover the south slope and its great panoramic view of Mont Blanc. Enjoy your day at leisure.

Today proceed to Geneva Airport to board your flight back home or to your next destination.
