About Thiksey Gustor

Thiksey Gustor, is a 2-day festival in different parts of Ladakh. This celebration is commended at different religious communities of Thiksey, Spituk and Karsha Nanzkar. The word 'Gustor' signifies 'yielding the 29th date. Amid the celebration, there are early morning petitions. After the celebration is finished up, there is a conveyance of the conciliatory cake, otherwise called the Torma amid a function called 'Argham' or 'klling'.
