About Taal Lake Festival

Talisay, Batangas - A total of 106 boats with a total of 1,252 passengers were simultaneously prosecuting Taal Lake in this town yesterday morning. This is also part of the celebration of the Taal Lake Festival, which was also celebrated on the birthday of the blessed Virgin Maria on September 8. Lipa Archbishop Ramon Arguelles himself led the prayer of the devil rosary and the image of Our Lady Mary Mediatrix of All Grace and Our Lady of Caysasay image around the Lake and Bulal Taal, the devotees symbolize the early struggle of the Catholic Church against the RH Law.

The fluvial parade is a way of saying the Batangueños to thank God for the Virgin for the uninterrupted grace of grace. The prayer of the Catholic devotees is a blessing to the rich fish harvesting of the lake as well as the peace, harmony and peace of the Batangas. The procession took about three hours before moving around the Taal Volcano and returning to Talisay mainland. The procession at the lake was a mass conducted by Arguelles at the San Guillermo Church in Talisay, Batangas before bringing the image to the Shrine of Padre Pio in the town of St. Thomas.
