About Mahaveerji Fair

Mahaveerji reasonable is a quill in the top of Indian fairs. It has earned a unique place of pride. The reasonable is held each year at The Mahaveerji Temple devoted to Mahavir Swami, the 24th Tirthankara of Jains. The sanctuary start is known as 'katala' and it is said that the icon of Mahaveer Swami mounted here was uncovered by a cowhide laborer from the adjacent hillock prominently known as 'Devta-Ka-Tila'.

The reasonable is organized in Chandan Gaon, situated around 176 kms from Jaipur. The reasonable is praised with extraordinary enthusiasm by the Jain people group particularly by Digamber order. Jains from distant locations abroad come to pay worship to the Saint. Mahaveerji Fair falls between Chaitra Shukla Ekadasi and Baisakh Krishna Dwitiya or March-April of English logbook.
