I have requested for 3* accommodation and have been charged for the same, however apart from 3 out of 7 stays are really poor, out of 4 poor hotels, 2 hotels were even will not meet any * specification. The driver assigned for our trip was arrogant, couldn't speak to him. We have requested to change him within the first 2 days of the trip, but it didn't happen. However he is experienced, safe driving and knows the ways etc. Guide is not arranged in some important places like Udaipur. Since we cant speak good Hindi, we have got confused on lake trip and ended up in not seeing some important places. Coordinators at Holiday dream and the owner is supportive, however they didn't understand the basic need of a tourist.
