• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• * Rates are not valid during Pooja Holidays, Diwali, Dusshera, Christmas and New Year.
• * Rates are calculated on the basis of 2 adults per room.
• * There will be extra charges for extra adult and child.
• * Rates are on CP basis that means complimentary breakfast will be provided in every hotel.
