• * 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• We are not responsible for any flight delay
• • Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies, These are generally pre-decided as per ferry operation schedules.
• • In case Makruzz/Green Ocean/Similar are not operational due to weather, technical or other unavoidable reasons, ATM shall make the best possible alternate arrangements. However, ATM will not be liable for any refund claims arising from this.
