• - Tour Packages Inclusions: • Accommodation in 01 double occupancy room • Daily breakfast at the hotel to the listed hotels or similar. • Transportation by 01 Sedan Car • Daily packaged water bottle 1 ltr per person. • Hand Sanitizer. • Driver allowances. • Local guide during sightseeings • Entry fee. • ILPS for Nagaland • All permit and taxes included. ( 5% GST Inclusive ) - Tour Packages Exclusions: • Any flight, train, bus fare from/to your originating city of stay, unless specified. • Any meals en-route unless specified. • Items of personal nature i.e. viz, porter age , laundry, tips etc. • Any increase in fuel cost, tour price will be amended accordance. • Any items, service not specifically mentioned in the tour price includes column. • Travel insurance. • Supplement charges applicable for long weekends and festivals. - Notes: • Terms and conditions apply. • Hotel accommodation in Kohima will be adjacent due to the hotel property couldn’t provide 50 peoples at one time. • Hotel confirmed will be as per the brochure or an alternate hotel of similar category. • Do carry comfortable walking shoes and warm clothes. • All the prices are Indian National only unless specified. • All sightseeing is subjected to weather, political conditions at the destinations. • It is mandatory to carry a valid photo, identity. (Adhaar, Voter ID, Passport, driving license, etc) - Other Administrative Details: • Full advance payment should be made within the due date in favor of “Korou Tours Private Limited” • Money changing facilities are not available everywhere. Hence, we would advise you to change money before commencement of the tour • Credit Card / Travelers Cheque are not freely accepted • Mobile phone service is available in the region for selective network only. It may not be active at all destinations • In India there is no relevance between the distance and time of traveling, as it depends upon the condition of the roads and congestion of the traffic • Normal Hotel Check in / Checkout time is 12 noon in the sector. But this may change depending upon hotel used • Prices are subjected to change with any increase in the cost, forest fees, fuel cost, amendment in Government taxes etc • Itinerary is subject to last minute change due to local strike etc. - Terms & Conditions: 1. Reservations can only be confirmed on receipt of an advance amount @ 20% of the total tour cost within 30 days from the date of the confirmation of the tour. Final balance amount is payable 30 days before commencement of the tour. Failure to pay may be treated as a cancellation, and our cancellation terms apply as follows. - Cancellation Charges: More than 6 weeks before departure: 20% of total package cost. Between 4 and 6 weeks before departure: 30% of total package cost. Between 2 and 4 weeks before departure: 50% of total Package cost. Less than 2 weeks before departure: 100% of total Package cost. 2. While every effort will be made to maintain the itinerary, in view of local strikes etc which are beyond our control all schedule and itineraries are subject to last moment changes. 3.
