• THE ABOVE RATE EXCLUDES: 1. Airline ticket 2. Tipping for driver or tour guide (if book services for tour guide) 3. Personal expenses and other expenses which are not stated in the program 4. The validity of the passport not less than 6 months from the day of arrival in Indonesia 5. Indian nationality is free VISA for tourist / holiday purpose and at USD 35 for business trip IMPORTANT NOTE: 1. Indonesian Visa On Arrival is now FREE for Indian Nationals. 2. The above rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only 3. Hotel accommodation is strictly subject to availability at the time of booking 4. The validity of the passport should be 06 months from the intended date of return 5. In case the guests miss any tour due to any reason without prior information, Tria Uma Travel will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever 6. No refund will be offered for any pre-booked activities 7. Water sport activities are strictly subject to weather conditions, especially Parasailing. In case the water sport company cancels any of the activities due to weather conditions, the guest will be offered a replacement of some other available water sport but there will be no refund as such. 8. Parasailing as mentioned above is an issue most of the times due to strong currents. As a result, a lot of times Adventure Parasailing is offered as an option on the spot by the water sport company – but of course there is an extra premium attached to it & the guests will be informed accordingly. In case they find that expensive then the Manual Parasailing can be replaced with Donut Boat without any extra premium. 9. All rate and Special requests will be accepted on emails only, verbal communications of any kind stand invalid.
