After arrival at Thrissur railway station, get immediately into your waiting car and proceed towards Guruvayur. Guruvayur which is also known as the Dwaraka of south India is the most popular pilgrim centre in Kerala. On your arrival in Guruvayur check-in to your hotel & relax for some time. visit the Lord Krishna temple to offer prayer and seek blessings. After the temple darshan visit the elephant camp in the Punnathur kotta which is just 3 kms from the Guruvayur temple. Currently there are more than 60 elephants in the camp which is the largest elephant sanctuary in India. The Guruvayur trip will be incomplete without visiting this elephant sanctuary. You can also visit Venkitachalapathy temple, Harikanyaka temple and Nava Mukunda temple which is near to the Lord Krishna temple. Today after breakfast, check out from hotel. You will be transferred to Munnar. On the way you can savour splendid views of tea plantations and small towns, looking beautiful with the backdrop of picturesque lush surrounding. Besides this, you can visit Cheyyappara waterfalls, Valara waterfalls that are sure to leave you spell bound. After breakfast, we will proceed to the other destinations. The first destination is fabulous Mattupetty Dam which proffers splendid views of gushing waters. You can enjoy optional boat drive here.
