• · Accommodation in double rooms on twin sharing basis.
• · Meal plan as specified above.
• · A/c Vehicle at disposal for the entire trip. Make of vehicle is mentioned above.
• · Service of an experienced driver. [from 8 AM to 8 PM]
• · 20 hour house boating through the legendary backwaters of Kerala with all meals. (only if houseboat is part of the itinerary.)
• · In Hill stations Non A/C Rooms will be provided in all seasons.
• · Luxury taxes, toll, parking, bata, etc.
• Exclusions
• · Air Fare/Train Fare & all entry fees at sightseeing spots
• · Any additional meals other than mentioned in the inclusion
• · Items of personal nature like portage, tips, laundry, telephone calls, mineral water etc.
• · Optional Activities mentioned in the itinerary with an astrix (*)
• 100 % payable before tour starts
• No Hotels have been blocked as of now.
• 2) The above mentioned rates are not valid during any Conferences, Diwali, Christmas & New Year period .Supplement charges will be applicable for the period mentioned.
• 3) Night driver after 9 pm would be charged extra.
• 4) The above itinerary is suggested Tour Plan. The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are Suggested services and Company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
• 5) Check in and Checkout Timing of the Hotel will be according to the timing of the respective Hotels
• 6) Company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.
• 7) Company is not responsible, nor liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour.
• 8) Any Claim related to the Package must be brought to the notice of the Company within a week.
