• * 25% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
•  Above rates are subject to change if there any hike in hotel rates .
•  Transport rate subject to change if any change in fuel hike / tax /permit/ minimum km allowance
•  Kindly get back to us with the confirmation at the earliest, confirmation of the above mentioned services are subject to the availability at the timing of booking , if we are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels
•  Above mentioned package cost is valid on the mentioned date.
