• * 60% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

• • Rates are valid only for Indian Nationals, for any other nationality, please speak to our tour experts.
• • Accommodations of Manevanjan, Tumling, Kalipokhri and Sandakphu are very basic in standard. Only Bucket water is provided in Sandakphu.
• • The package doesnot include any permit fee, entry fee or any other fees/charges/taxes levied by Government or local authorities
• • Advance booking of Landrover from Manevanjan to Sandakphu-Phalut & back is not permitted. Landrover can be booked by Tourists from Tax Union Office adjacent to our hotel. Therefor Landrover fare is not included in the package.
• • Food will be provided at Hotel only from Lunch on Day1 to Breakfast on last day.
