Valhalla
About Valhalla
It is a village and registration assigned place situated inside the town of Mount Pleasant, in Westchester County, New York, United States, in the New York City metropolitan region. The name of the group was propelled by an enthusiast of the musical show writer Richard Wagner, and the villa is referred to both for its area as the home of the essential healing facility grounds of Westchester Medical Center and New York Medical College, and the internment place of ious noted individuals.
The name originates from Valhalla, a magnificent habitation Norse folklore. Valhalla picked up its name when it was important to name another U.S. post office in the nineteenth century, because of the flooding of a prior town and mail station, Kensico, which is currently underneath the lake made by the Kensico Dam.
