About Garrison
Garrison is a town in Putnam County, New York, United States. It is a bit of the town of Philipstown, on the east side of the Hudson River, inverse the United States Military Academy at West Point. The Garrison Metro-North Railroad station serves the town.
Armed force was named after second Lieutenant Isaac Garrison who held a property allocate the Hudson River inverse West Point and drove a ship advantage over the Hudson River between the two towns. Isaac and his tyke Beverly Garrison struggled in the Battle of Fort Montgomery in 1777, were looked by the British and up as soon as possible set free.
