About Agryz
Agryz is a town and the managerial focus of Agryzsky District in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia, situated on the Izh River Volga's bowl, 304 kilometers east of Kazan. As of the 2010 Census, its populace was 19,300. It was established as a settlement serving the development of the Kazan– Yekaterinburg railway. It was allowed town status on August 28, 1938.
