Faridnagar is a town and a nagar panchayat in Ghaziabad region in the territory of Uttar Pradesh, India. It has a normal rise of 212 meters 695 feet. Faridnagar was established amid the control of the immense big shot ruler Akbar by Nawab Farid-ud-clamor. He was granted the "Zagir" of seventeen towns among Pilkhua and Begmabad by ruler Akbar the colossal. The town used to be an army for a little mugal military unit and housed the Taksal - a place to mint mugal coins amid the rules of Akbar and Jahangir. The real wellspring of income were cultivating, planting and exchange. Essential businesses were cotton weaving and Khandsari-the gud making, oil extraction and earthenware making.
