About Pindangan Festival

Pindangan Festival is the festival of the Founding Anniversary of San Fernando as a City confirmed amid a plebiscite on March 20, 1998 consequent to Republic Act 8509, changing over the district into a segment city of La Union on February 13 that same year. In excess of 30 contenders displayed the best their schools, barangays and city clubs can offer.
