About Kialegnon Festival

Kialegnon Festival is yearly thanksgiving festivity of a decent collect held each and every seven day stretch of September situated in Magsaysay, Davao del Sur. The local government has been preparing for the eighth year celebration of the Kialegnon Festival in September this week. During the celebration of festival, celebration coordinators and facilitators, they agreed to hold the celebration from September 23 to September 28,  in the event of a program called "Meeting." It will be held on the first occasion of the B'laan tribes in Sitio Upper Asbang-Elok, Barangay Tagaytay.

Arrangements are in progress for the approaching seventh Kialegnon Festival in Magsaysay, Davao del Sur. The festival will be from September 22 to September 28, . A few rivalries, occasions and exercises have been arranged to zest the celebration .As an opening salvo, Lumbang Kialegnon Megathon Challenge will be the challenge of perseverance, stamina and vitality. It is five-occasion race that incorporates Karang Race, Bikathon, Walkathon, Marathon and Carabao-Balsa Race as the last occasion for the complete line.

The fifth Kialegnon Festival commenced here Monday morning with a fun run took part in by in excess of 700 neighborhood authorities, staff and occupants. Chairman Jess Lumanog drove the occasion that began and finished at general society showcase square. This was the first occasion when that a fun run was recorded as a major aspect of the week long celebration that will finish on Sept. 28. Different exercises amid the week long celebrations are Lumba sa Karabao, Karabao Make over, Lumba sa Kabayo, Pig Catching, Bamboo Pole Climbing, and Indak-Indak sa Kadalanan road moving.
