About International Yog Festival

 

The yoga enthusiasts from around the sector will get a chance to enjoy the divine artwork of uniting thoughts, frame and soul. This international competition is being prepared via Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board in association with Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam, where yoga enthusiasts from around the arena will get a chance to experience the divine artwork of uniting mind, body and soul.

This weeklong competition has been divided into 3 topics: ‘Traditional Yoga’, ‘Contemporary Yoga’ and ‘Shakti – the strength of advent’. The final 3 days could be a celebration of divine female spirit, in which prominent girl non secular figures and yoga practitioners will share their knowledge and conduct Shakti - the electricity invoking sessions in a selection of yoga styles.

Besides the yoga lessons, diverse symposiums could be hung on the topics, along with ‘Yoga for girls’, ‘The Yogic manner of Life’, ‘Traditional vs. Modern Yoga’, ‘Yoga earlier than and beyond the asanas’, ‘The aim and the rules of Yoga, an integrated method to Yoga’, ‘Significance of the Shatkarma in Yogic improvements’, ‘Frontiers of Yoga as according to the historical texts & their attainability'.
