About Ganga Saptami

Ganga Saptami is a Hindu celebration commended for the most part in Northern parts of India. It is otherwise called Ganga Pujan or Ganga Jayanti. It is trusted that on this day the day the blessed stream Ganga plunged onto the earth. This day falls on the seventh day of the Shukla Paksha in Vaisakha month. River Ganga is thought to be the most blessed and holy stream in India. This celebration is principally celebrated in the spots the waterway Ganga and its tributaries stream.

On this day aficionados take a blessed dunk in the Ganges. It is thought to be extremely auspicious. People venerate Goddess Ganga and offer a few pujas and ceremonies on this day. 'Ganga Aarti' is held at a few ghats of the Ganges. 'Ganga Shobha Yatra' is sorted out at different ghats and numerous individuals partake in it. Fans perform 'deepadan' on this favorable event.
