UDAAN INDIA GLOBAL SERVICES - DEHRADUN AND THEIR TAXI DRIVER MR. ANIL BHAY. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AND PERFECTLY - ARRANGED BY MR. AMITH YADVA JI.

We planned our "Char Dham Yatra" trip in early July. Usually it's a month when monsoon season starts, so we were slightly skeptical. However, we still moved forward with it and it turned out to be great. While planning the trip I contacted several travel agents and then I came across Udaan India Global Services Dehradun and had a telephonic discussion with Mr. Amit Singh. Amit was quite knowledgeable and he definitely stood out from other travel agents. He dealt with me quite professionally. Since we were coming with young kids one of the key requirement was that we wanted to stay in luxury quality hotels. Additionally, since our parents were also joining we had an additional requirement around meal Jain meal with no onion and no garlic meal. I mentioned to Amit that typically travel agents make big promises during the sales process, but they fail to keep up the promise when it's time to actually execute. But, Amit assured me that he would personally monitor the whole trip and would make sure both my requirements were fully met. I am very happy to say that we had a very wonderful experience for the whole journey. As far as the car is concerned, Amit gave us a complimentary upgrade on the car A 12 seater tempo traveler instead of 9 seater. During the journey, he personally ensured that he was calling the hotel managers ahead of our arrival time and reminding them of our room quality and meal requirements. Every time we checked in to a hotel, manager/reception personnel already knew our requirements and it helped quite a bit. We stayed in Pavani resort at Barkot Yamunotri, Hotel Akash Ganga in Uttarkashi Gangotri, Shivalik Valley resort in Sitapur Kedarnath, Hotel Snow Crest at Badrinath and Hotel Monal Resort at Rudraprayag and all were quite good. Only place where we had some bad experience was at Nelangana resort in Harsil. Hotel quality was poor and management was bad. I reported the issue to Amit and he immediately took corrective actions and spoke to the owner and cut his ties with them. Other than that, our trip was quite great.
