Terms and Conditions

• * 100% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• Cancellation policy for Tours:
• Refund will be made by following terms.
• If tour is cancelled by traveler
• • 45 Days before the Tour – 60% Amount will be refunded.
• • 30 Days before the Tour – 40% Amount will be refunded.
• • 15 Days before the Tour – 30% Amount will be refunded.
• • 10 Days before the Tour – 10% Amount will be refunded.
• • 07 Days before the Tour – NO Amount will be refunded.
• • For Airfare: It will be depending on Airlines Policy + Rs. 500 per head as our Service Charges.
• • For Train: As per Train rules + Rs. 500 as our Service Charge.
