Terms and Conditions

• * 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• COST EXCLUDES:
• · Meals other than the ones mentioned in the inclusions above and as specified
• Entrances fees /Monument Fee
• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and aero plane delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances, taxes etc
• Expenses of personal nature such as drinks, laundry bills, telephone calls or personal equipment like ing bags etc
• Tips and porter charges at airport /railway station
• Any boating charges motor boat / pedal boat.
• Any additional expenses incurred due to any flight delay or cancellation, weather conditions, political closures, technical faults etc
• Any other service/s not specified above

• All taxes, entrance fees if included are as on date. Any future hike will be charged extra.

• The above is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings. We shall proceed with your booking once we have receive the payment from you & if we are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
