Yilan

Yilan County is below the administration of Harbin, the capital of Heilongjiang province, People's Republic of China. It is more than 240 kilometres to the east-northeast of central Harbin. Its county seat, which is likewise called Yilan, is positioned close to the confluence of the Mudan River with the Sungari.
