Heihe

Heihe is a prefecture-level metropolis of northern Heilongjiang province, China, placed on the Russian border, at the south bank of the Heilong Jiang, throughout the river from Blagoveshchensk. Heihe marks the northeast terminus of the diagonal Heihe–Tengchong Line, that is occasionally used to divide China into east and west.
