About Jenbach
Jenbach is a municipality in the district of Schwaz within the Austrian kingdom of Tyrol. The earliest dwellings in Jenbach date again to the stop of the early Bronze Age and the early La Tene way of life. Jenbach became first formally named in a record of the 12 months of 1269 as Ymbach. From 1410 onwards the Fugger built furnaces in order to manner the silver and copper ore dug from the mines near Schwaz. After those ores were mined out, the processing of iron ore took over. Until 1865 this early business infrastructure remained non-public, however afterwards the country took possession. In 1870 the factory changed into resold to the Salzburg-Tiroler-Montangesellschaft. In 1881 Julius & Theodor Reitlinger bought the factory from the organisation and modernised it.
The business enterprise remained a possession of the family till 1938, when the son of Julius Reitlinger, Friedrich Reitlinger, dedicated suicide because of the Anschluss in 1938. Afterwards it changed into taken over by means of the country and later resold to Ernst Heinkel underneath the Aryanization application. After 1945 the business enterprise become no longer back to its former proprietors, however remained beneath public administration.
