About Hanna City
Hanna City is a town in Peoria County, Illinois, United States. While initially a cultivating group, coal was soon found under the town. The coal mine was a central point in the early years of the town and kept it flourishing for the greater part a century. The principle coal mine pole was close to the crossing point of Second St and the railroad.
