Brooklyn

Despite the fact that Brooklyn has been a precinct of New York City for over a century, it had a long and celebrated history as an autonomous city until that time. In 1890, the last enumeration before it was attached, Brooklyn positioned as the fourth biggest city in the United States. The Verrazano-Narrows Bridge associates Brooklyn with Staten Island. The longest suspension connects on the planet at the time, it remains the longest in the United States.

Brooklyn was long a noteworthy transportation port, particularly at the Brooklyn Army Terminal in Sunset Park.
