About Kalecik
Kalecik is a town and area of Ankara Province in the Central Anatolia district of Turkey. As indicated by 2010 statistics, populace of the region is 14,517 of which 9,450 live in the town of Kalecik. The region covers a territory of 1,340 km² , and the normal rise is 725 m. Kalecik remains on a plain with the eastern limit framed by the River Kizilirmak while there are mountains toward the south and the west.
