About Gundogmus
Gundogmus is a town and remote locale of Antalya Province in the Mediterranean area of Turkey, 182 km from the city of Antalya, off the street from Akseki to Manavgat. The town was beforehand a town named Eksere in the locale of Akseki and was renamed Gundogmus in 1936. Gundogmus remains in the lower regions of the mountain Geyik Dagi, in the western Taurus Mountains. The mountainside is forested and the districted is part by the Alara River. The locale has a warm Mediterranean atmosphere with coolish winters because of the height.
Today this is a devastated provincial region as the close-by Mediterranean drift has drawn away progressive ages looking for occupations in the visitor business. There is no industry and little farming on this precarious slope, despite the fact that touching creatures and beekeeping are vital wellsprings of salary. Parts of the slope are terraced for planting, however this is mostly vegetables for use at home. Antique locales in the region incorporate the town of Kazayir, the vestiges of Kese close to the town of Senir, the remnants of Gedfi 11 km south of the town of Gundogmus, the remains on Sinek Mountain,15 km east of Gundogmus, close to the town of Pembelik, and some more.
