Getting Thailand Visa is comparatively easy attaining any other country’s Visa. For citizens of India, Thailand Visa is available on arrival. It is given for a period of fifteen days. At the time of the Visa you need to have:-
A valid passport. The passport should have two blank pages and at least should be valid for a period 6 months following the departure date.
The application form which is there for Visa on arrival and a recent passport size photo.
The visa fee which is 1000 THB
A confirmed travel itinerary including the return ticket.
Proof of accommodation is a must and even the funds as you should be able to support your whole trip.

Before applying for Visa in The Royal Thai Embassy you should be clear about the type of Visa you are applying.
For submitting the application you need to take a token at the Embassy from the security guard and wait till your turn comes.
When your turn arrives submit the documents according to the category you are applying for Visa.
For incomplete documents or Visa form, you will be sent back to complete them and then again take the token to submit.
A draft favoring Royal Thai Embassy should be submitted along with the form for the application process.
The passport can be collected by hand or through courier for which Rs 205 will be charged as courier charges.
For this courier, option makes payment at the cash counter and take the receipt.
The slip will be required at the time of collection of passport.

If you are taking Visa from India only then certain documents should be submitted along with the file
Fully filled the application form. No column is to be left empty
Passport size photograph which should be posted attached to the form.
Your tickets including return ticket and which places you are visiting in Thailand.
Your places of accommodation. The places you are going to stay the copy of booking of every place is to be submitted along.
You can track your passport by visiting track page to trace your application.
While tracking you need to mention the receipt number which was given when you submitted the file to Embassy and date of birth to track the record.
You can even call or email the Embassy to know your visa details.
For the collection of passport take you ID proof along and the receipt of submitted documents as you will be required to show to the Embassy. You will have to collect a token from the security guard and wait for your turn. On your token being announced you can collect your passport from the counter.
