1. Nilgiri Toy Train

4. Ooty Lake
It stretches around the central bus stand and the railway station. It is around 2.75 km in length. John Sullivan was the one who artificially formed this lake. He is also the founder of Ooty. The mountain streams were flown down in 1823 and the lake emptied itself. Gradually, the lake was shrunken and left the area for racecourse, mini garden and the bus stand.
5. St. Stephen’s Church
It is one of the best tourist destinations at Mysore Road, Ooty. It has been touted as among the ancient and oldest churches in Nilgiri which was erected here. It is basically a Gothic church which is famous for its amazing and formidable colonial architecture that can be witnessed only at a few places in the country and Ooty is the one. It has been highly gathered by the visitors and tourists just for a glance of its structure. 6. Ooty Govt. Rose Garden
For rose lovers, Ooty Government Rose Garden is truly a heaven. It is a very serene landscaping in Ooty. Here, you can find thousands of types of roses as it is stretched over 4 hectares and is a very captivating place for the visitors. It was formerly known as Centerary Rose Park, Jayalalithaa Rose Garden, and Nootrandu Roja Poonga. Ooty Government Rose Garden lies on the slopes of Vijayanagaram’s Elk Hill. In 1995, the garden was founded as an honor to the annual Flower Show in Udagamandalam.
