Linmeyer

Linmeyer is a suburb area situated in Region of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality, South Africa and neglects the Klipriversburg mountains toward the south. The rural area was spread out in the late 1940s ashore which recently had a place with the Meyer Farm. The main houses developed were on South Rand Road, the first being possessed by nearby drug specialist, Mr Levy. By 1950 streets had been spread out, a considerable lot of their names mirroring the nearby history: Johan Meyer Street after the first proprietor of the ranch, Risi Avenue after the engineers Risi Investment. Advancement was moderate amid the late 1940s for by 1950 there were just 5 houses manufactured.

A first bunch of 3 homes worked by Phoenix Construction were worked in Risi Avenue – stands 240, 241, 242, which were prepared for occupation by Christmas 1951.
