Medias

Medias is the second biggest metropolis in Sibiu County, Transylvania, Romania. Medias is placed in the center basin of Tarnava Mare River, at 39 km from Sighisoara and 41 km from Blaj. The fitness hotel Bazna, officially recognized for the first time in 1302, is eighteen km from Medias. The health inn offers mineral water springs, wealthy in salts, mineral dust and a special kind of salt, referred to as "Bazna salt". The distance among Medias and the county's residence Sibiu is 55 km. Medias is the second industrial center after Sibiu inside the county.
