Voss

Voss is a municipality and a district in Hordaland. In the north it borders on Vik, inside the east closer to Aurland and Ulvik, in the south in the direction of Granvin and Kvam and inside the west towards Vaksdal. The municipal center is the village Vossevangen with approx. 6 164 population. The cities Skulestadmoen and Monshaugen, Bjorgum are only a few kilometers from Vossevangen. Voss is, nearly completely, an inland municipality but borders the sea within the innermost a part of the Bolstad Fjord.
