About Malka
Malka is a Jordanian town positioned in the north of Irbid on the border with Syria. It is one in all the most important villages in Bani Kinanah Department. It enjoys one of the most lovely regions of Jordan in any respect, characterized by way of fertile soil and plentiful springs. It has the most important pond in the north of Jordan. The population of the city is from exclusive clans, but they all belong to Malka; so they may be called "Malkawi clan".
Malka is positioned on a mountainous agricultural land with crimson soil. It is set 91 km from the capital Amman and from Irbid 22 km. It rises about 500 meters above sea stage and is bordered to the east by Hatem and Abder, from the west by means of Umm Qays, from the north by means of Syria, from the south by using Dukra and Kufr Asad. The general place of the organized land is about 1,seven hundred dunums, and for the unorganized lands, it is approximately 8,096 dunums. Malka owned by means of Khalid bin al-Walid municipality, headed by Hussein Al-Malkawi. The metropolis overlooks the famous historical Roman town of Jadara, which turned into one of the ten towns that made up the Decapolis union.
