Sirkazhi is a city town in Nagapattinam area in Tamil Nadu, India. Sirkazhi was a piece of Thanjavur area until 1991 and has later been a piece of Nagapattinam locale. It is regulated by a second grade region. Sirkazhi is a piece of the Cauvery delta area and horticulture is the real occupation. Its nearness to the ocean implies that Sirkazhi gets more precipitation than neighboring towns.
