worst ever experience. went for lonavala khandala trip. fraud people. worst hotels they have booked. i've asked for a 3 star hotel and they booked a hotel not even a single star. it is like a dhaba. and the itenary is different from the itenary they sent to the slcab driver. everything is cheating from their side. never ever prefer this service. not at all professional. looting money from people.

not recommend ride travel club. they will ask for more money excluded from itineraryin between tour.then u have no option of giving more money to them.if u will not give money they will stop ur trip in between.very pathetic experience. pls do not book ur trip with ride travel club. in itinerary they will show very nice hotels to stay3 star and above but when u will give money to them they will book another hotel below average then u have no option. total waste of money and time. if u will travel

they all are the chain of cheating... they charge extra stating seasonal charges after 50 percent payment... and threaten to cancel the trip at last moment... they promise to book star hotels and they simply provide us the low rated hotels..... they don't receive the calls and don't provide the receipt as promised... please beware of this vicious fraud circuit...

we had booked a family package from 5 th to 8 th june to matheran and lonavala. we paid 30,000 15 days in advance and chose the hotels as recommended by them. every day we were following up with dolly chauhan for detailed itinerary and dhe said it is being processed. on 3 rd june she sent the itinerary with driver number but totally different hotels. matheran they gave us roshan residency and lonavala they gave us strand resort not at all what we chose. driver came on 5 th and dropped us to math
