Jaldapara

Jaldapara is one among the popular forests of Dooars. It is best known for the Jaldapara Wildlife Sanctuary , which was d a sanctuary in 1943 to protect and preserve the myriad of flora and fauna. This sanctuary is located on the foothills of Eastern Himalayas on the banks of River Torsa.

Jaldapara offers a iety of activities to the visitors. One can visit the sanctuary to have a look at the mammals, amphibians, reptiles and birds of many kinds.
